Through reviving neglected areas, educating local stewards, and instilling pride in local heritage, Genlink rebuilds the social and physical fabric of communities — creating lasting change.
Genlink C.I.C. is a Brent-based, community-driven social enterprise with an ambitious and inclusive vision: to inspire young people, bridge generations, and regenerate local communities through systematic programmes in sport, media, Esports, storytelling, and cultural participation.
We are not a charity. We are not a private enterprise. We are a Community Interest Company — based on partnership, driven by participation, and committed to long-term legacy.
From our start, we’ve designed culturally vibrant, skill-developing experiences that benefit youth, elders, families, schools, and local organizations — while rethinking what it means to regenerate a community in the 21st century.
